4 Day Split | Day 1 | Back and Biceps Workout


We are back to basics with this workout and split, i always love trying out a new workout routine or a new split.

This new 4 day split will not disappoint, normally in a split you will start off with chest and back but we are mixing things up here and going to start with back and bis.

As it is a 4 day split there will be 4 episodes including this session.

Some key points you will want to keep your form correct! and only select a weight you feel comfortable with we do not want gym heroes!

REST TIME: 45 Seconds between sets and exercises

Now time for the workout:

Exercise 1 – Barbell Row  

Sets: 4

Reps: 10

Exercise 2 – Incline lying dumbbell row

Sets: 4

Reps: 10

Exercise 3 – Facepulls

Sets: 4

Reps: 10

Exercise 4 – Ez Bar Curl

Sets: 4

Reps: 10

Exercise 5 – Concentration Curl

Sets: 4

Reps: 10

Exercise 6 – Straight Bar Cable Curl

Sets: 4

Reps: 10
