Workout Description:

This is an arnold classic leg workout jam packed with supersets to really shock those legs and take you’re training to the next level. When you look at his leg workouts they always have little rest just like this one with 45 seconds rest between each set and exercise. 

Use these tips:

  • Warm up 5 mins on the treadmill or 1 – 2 warm up sets of the first exercise to save injury.
  • Use the correct form! Watch the video above to learn each exercise or click on each exercise below! 
  • If you do not know what a superset or a dropset is then search on the right hand side.
  • After 4 weeks move on to the intermediate leg workout program.
