This Beginner Six Pack Abs Workout (7 Mins Of Torture):

Beginner 2 x | Intermediate 3 x | Advanced 4 or 5 x 

Exercise 1 – Overhead Medicine ball Sit up – 15 Reps  

Exercise 2 – Regular Medicine Ball Sit up – 15 Reps

Plank Variations – Normal Plank – 30 Seconds , Side Plank – 15 Seconds and each side  

Exercise 2 – Lying Leg Raises – 15 Reps

Exercise 1 – Reverse Crunch – 12 Reps  

Plank Variations – Normal Plank – 30 Seconds , Side Plank – 15 Seconds and each side

Exercise 2 – Alternating Ankle Touches – 30 Reps

Exercise 1 – Crunch – 15 Reps  

Plank Variations – Normal Plank – 30 Seconds , Side Plank – 15 Seconds and each side
