Tip 5: Calculating Carbs

There are 4 calories per 1 gram of carbs. Remember the figures before for fat and protein?

We need those: 760 (Protein) + 855 (Fat) = 1615

Now we use the total calories from step one and we minus the calories we just got from protein and fat:

Example – 2470-1615 = 855/4 = 213g carbs

Macros: Protein: 190g, Carbs: 213g, Fats: 95g, Kcal: 2470
