We have decided to only include one superset in this workout that is to give your legs a bit of a break we have still included barbell squat which you will still have to increase the weight by between 5 & 10%.
The abs workout will be the 7 min of torture video you will need to do three rounds of it, video below.
Use these tips:
- Warm up 5 mins on the treadmill or 1 – 2 warm up sets of the first exercise to save injury.
- Use the correct form! Watch the video above to learn each exercise or click on each exercise below!
- Rest – 30 – 60 seconds between each set and exercise.
