German Volume Training | Day 3 | Arms and Shoulders | Week 1-6


This is the second routine in your german volume training or gvt arms and shoulders there will be 2 exercises on each arms and shoulders.

Once you have completed the 10 x 10 then you can move up in weight if you get to 10th set and can only complete 8 reps next week you will stay on that weight until its complete.

REST – 60 seconds between sets and exercises.

The Workout:

Exercise 1 – Close Grip Bench Press

Sets – 10

Reps – 10

Exercise 2 – Barbell Curl

Sets – 10

Reps – 10

Exercise 3 – Side Lateral Raise

Sets – 4 

Reps – 10

Exercise 4 – Seated Bent Over Rear Delt Raise

Sets – 4

Reps – 10

That is the workout complete… if you have completed all the sets and reps successfully then great next week move up in weight, but for those who are yet to complete you will have to stay on this weight for another week.
