German Volume Training | Day 5 | Legs and Abs | Week 1-6


This will be your 3rd workout from the german volume training or gvt, legs and abs. There will be a total of 4 exercises.

Right then lets get to the workout…

Once you have completed the 10 x 10 then you can move up in weight if you get to 10th set and can only complete 8 reps next week you will stay on that weight until its complete.

REST – 60 seconds between sets and exercises.

Exercise 1 – Barbell Squat 

Sets – 10 

Reps – 10

Exercise 2 – Seated Hamstring Curl

Sets – 10

Reps – 10

Exercise 3 – Standing Calf Raise

Sets – 4

Reps – 10

Exercise 4 – Hanging Knee Raise

Sets – 4

Reps – 10

That is the workout complete… if you have completed all the sets and reps successfully then great next week move up in weight, but for those who are yet to complete you will have to stay on this weight for another week.
