First of all you have come to the right place if you want to add mass and size to your biceps! 

In this workout there will be supersets and dropsets to achieve that amazing “pump” that everyone in the gym longs for!

The workout:
Barbell Bicep Curls:

Bicep Workout

Warm up with 2 sets of barbell curls

4 Working Sets of 8 – 12 Reps

SuperSet – Rope Hammer Curls + Dumbbell Hammer Curls

4 Sets of 8 – 12 reps.

Straight Bar Cable Bicep Curl:

Bicep Workout

First 2 sets – 8 – 12 reps

Last 2 sets dropsets:

8 Reps Drop The Weight 30% or 1 weight stack

Then a Further:

8 Reps Drop The Weight 30% or 1 weight stack

Then a Further:

8 Reps Drop The Weight 30% or 1 weight stack

Alternating Biceps Curls:

Bicep Workout

4 Sets of 8 -12 reps 

The Finisher…..

Standing Dumbbell Bicep Curl:

Bicep Workout

2 Sets of 20 reps (or as close to 20 reps as you can get!)
