      High intensity is great for fat loss, but LISS is also great for fat loss, try low intensity next time you hit the gym lisa

    Great article 😀 I have a life hack that makes clean food taste amazing I just sprinkle tabasco sauce on them and everything becomes wonderful :3 + tabasco also contains a lot of health benefits if I remember correctly
