    This is a great article it has really help me understand the whole concept of weight gain and water gain. I have just purchased a personalised nutrition plan cannot weight to start my health kick!

      High intensity is great for fat loss, but LISS is also great for fat loss, try low intensity next time you hit the gym lisa

    Excellent post!

    Cardio after strength training works for me also. It has proved to be very beneficial. I think cardio after ST is very good for endomorphs.

    This is very interesting but buying likes to seem cool I always taught those like’s buying on fiver where for companies to promote there stuff as another psychological study found that if something has more likes people find it easier to like and share it which would get there add out more but simply paying for likes seems the person has some very serious self esteem issues and should be seeking medical advice.

    Great article 😀 I have a life hack that makes clean food taste amazing I just sprinkle tabasco sauce on them and everything becomes wonderful :3 + tabasco also contains a lot of health benefits if I remember correctly
