This time we have created a quick and simple ab workout its just 2 exercises but a massive 10 sets and over 100 reps!
Exercise 1: Cable Crunch Heavy – 5 Sets / 12 – 15 Reps
Exercise 2: Hanging Leg or Knee Raise – 5 Sets / 12 – 15 Reps
