The plank Challenge…..
Right you will need a gym partner its always better when you can beat a friend and get stronger at the same time!
You will need:
- Gym mat/yoga mat.
- Gym partner.
- Stop watch
- The will to beat you’re friend.
So you will put the mats opposite each other get down on the floor and the picture above will be your starting position. You will then start the stop watch and begin.
Remember beat you’re gym partner never give up!
